This position is responsible for acting as part of a team of Department of Human Services (DHS) subject matter experts. The incumbent must provide business analysis for any major efforts related to Microsoft 365 tools. This position ensures that the BSO and Operations can efficiently and effectively organize, access, and maintain important information.

Two (2) years professional experience in a technical support role.
*Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, social sciences may substitute for one (1) year of professional experience*
