Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2 year of student customer service experience or relevant professional experience.
  • High School Diploma with 8 years of student customer service experience.
  • Master’s Degree in a human service field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of ADA and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and related laws.
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, data entry, and word processing.
  • Knowledge of assistive technology.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, recommend, and provide assistive technology solutions for students with disabilities.
  • Produce and maintain instructional materials in accessible formats.
  • Oversee software licenses related to assistive technologies and equipment distribution.
  • Serve as a resource to departments and students and provide high-level customer service.
  • Assist with cross-training and accommodations coordination.
