Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Minimum five years of professional tech support experience in a large organization is required.
  • Experience with assistive technology and 3D printing is highly preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel to multiple sites is required.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and customize equipment for students based on ATRC guidance and staff requests.
  • Configure, troubleshoot, audit, and repair AT/AC hardware and software.
  • Assist ATRC staff with AT/AC installation and technical setup.
  • Provide support to cluster site programs including equipment setup and training.
  • Assist with inventory management and coordination of ATRC devices at the warehouse.
  • Collaborate on installation procedures and troubleshooting guidelines for CPS systems.
