Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Personal Training-Hourly Stretch Specialist to support members by delivering branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions and building relationships that promote healthier, happier lives.

You will develop safe, professional client programs, lead sessions with PNF and contract-relax techniques, and promote stretch offerings while documenting progress and staying current with certifications and best practices.

Qualifications

• Certified personal trainer with CPR/AED certification.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
• Ability to perform aerobic activity for class duration and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF and contract-relax stretching.
• Leads recovery sessions using assisted stretching, Hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills.
• Participates in required training and stays current on certifications.
