Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an energetic Personal Training-Hourly Stretch Specialist to support members with branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, helping them feel and move better. You will build relationships, deliver education, and uphold the Life Time Brand.

You will develop safe client programs, lead sessions using PNF and contract-relax methods, and assist on the fitness floor while promoting stretch services. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Personal Trainer.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
• Ability to perform aerobic activity for a class duration and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Lead assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF and contract-relax.
• Lead recovery sessions using assisted stretching, hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills.
• Conduct stretch and recovery demos for new clients with pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Provide fitness floor assistance to ensure safety, education, and motivation.
• Promote and sell stretch session programs and other personal training services.
• Complete all administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Stay current on certifications and industry trends to advance levels.
