Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Personal Training-Hourly Stretch Specialist to support members with branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions. You will build relationships, educate members, and uphold the Life Time brand while promoting growth of stretch programs.

You will lead sessions, document client progress, and participate in ongoing training to stay current on techniques and safety standards. This is a full-time, on-site role with comprehensive member benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Personal Trainer certification required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
• Ability to perform aerobic activity for class duration and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, comprehensive client programs to achieve goals and retention.
• Lead clients through assisted stretch sessions (PNF, contract-relax).
• Lead recovery sessions (assisted stretching, Hypervolt, breathing drills).
• Attend required trainings and stay current on credentials.
• Conduct stretch demos and pre-participation screenings to tailor programs.
• Provide fitness floor assistance for safety, education, and motivation.
• Promote and sell stretch sessions and training services.
• Complete all client plan documentation and admin.
• Keep up with industry trends and certifications to advance.
• Ensure members feel competent and connected through quality service.
