Life Time Inc. is seeking a Personal Training-Hourly Stretch Specialist to support members by delivering branded assisted stretch and recovery sessions, while fostering education and a positive member experience aligned with Life Time branding.

You will promote stretch session programs, assist with safety and education on the fitness floor, and document client progress while staying current with certifications and industry trends.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Certified personal Trainer.
• CPR and AED certified.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and other recovery techniques.
• Must be able to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF and contract-relax.
