Life Time Inc. is seeking a Personal Training-Hourly Stretch Specialist to support members with assisted stretching and recovery sessions, fostering safer, healthier lifestyles.

You will build relationships, deliver branded stretch services, promote programs, and document client plans with excellent customer service. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, CPR/AED certification, and a personal training credential, plus knowledge of stretch techniques and a commitment to Life Time's

Qualifications

• Must have CPR/AED certification and PT credential
• Experience delivering assisted stretching and recovery sessions preferred
• Strong customer service and safety awareness required

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention
• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using PNF and contract-relax techniques
• Leads recovery sessions with assisted stretching, hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills
• Maintains client documentation and progress notes
• Promotes stretch session programs and other personal training services
• Provides fitness floor assistance to ensure safety, education, and motivation
