Job summary

Life Time is hiring a PT-Stretch Specialist to support members with branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, helping them feel and move better. You will provide education, safety, and a positive member experience while upholding Life Time Brand standards.

You will design safe, professional client programs, lead stretches using PNF and contract-relax methods, and facilitate recovery sessions with tools like Hypervolt, while maintaining documentation and ongoing certification updates.

Qualifications

• Certified personal Trainer with CPR and AED certification.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and other recovery techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs that drive goal achievement and retention.
• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF and contract-relax stretching.
• Leads recovery sessions using assisted stretching, Hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills.
• Promotes and sells stretch session programs and other personal training services.
• Documents all aspects of client programming.
