Job summary

Senior Living Hospitality Group is seeking a Supervisor of Assisted Living Services for a temporary approx. 13-week assignment. This leadership role oversees daily operations, ensures high-quality resident care, and coordinates staff in a person-centered living environment.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, coordinating resident care plans, conducting assessments, and providing reports to the service coordinator weekly and monthly.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising assisted living staff and coordinating care teams.
• Familiarity with state and federal regulations related to assisted living.
• Ability to develop and implement care plans for residents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assisted living staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to assisted living services.
• Ensure staffing is sufficient to meet client needs and minimum requirements.
• Evaluate clinical competence of nursing personnel and aides.
• Participate in policy development for nursing services and ADLs.
• Participate in staff recruitment, orientation and in-service education.
• Participate in program planning, budgeting and evaluation of clinical services.
• Provide weekly reports to the service coordinator on problems related to core services.
• Provide monthly reports to the service coordinator with service statistics.
• Provide direct nursing services to clients as required.
• Conduct resident assessments and coordinate care plans with health providers and families.
• Oversee medication administration and safety protocols.
