Job summary

East Park Care Community is seeking an Assisted Living Director to oversee operations, care delivery, and staff development. You will shape policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain resident-focused services that honor dignity and independence. The role requires collaboration with families and healthcare providers to tailor individualized care plans.

You will manage budgets, staffing, and audits while fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement across the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in healthcare field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role in assisted living or healthcare management.
• Licensed or eligible for Assisted Living Administrator license.
• Strong knowledge of regulations, resident care standards, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and lead a team of caregivers, nurses and staff.
• Develop policies to ensure compliance, resident satisfaction and efficiency.
• Coordinate individualized care plans with healthcare providers and families.
• Prepare for inspections, audits and regulatory documentation.
• Manage budgets, staffing, billing, and financial reporting.
