Position: Assisted Living Accounts Receivable Manager (Remote)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Accounts Receivable with a focus on Assisted Living billing to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will cover multiple Assisted Living facilities in Minnesota.

The ideal candidate must have at least two years of specific Minnesota Assisted Living billing experience for multiple facilities, proficiency in using the PCC system, and a proven track record of successfully managing a team in assisted living.

Responsibilities:

• Billing Operations:
  • Oversee the entire billing process for Assisted Living services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Minnesota regulations.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of Minnesota Assisted Living billing requirements to optimize revenue cycle management.
• PCC System Management:
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using the PCC system to efficiently manage and process Assisted Living billing.
  • Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to address any system-related issues and implement improvements.
• Team Leadership:
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of accounts receivable professionals.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
• Process Improvement:
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance billing processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Implement best practices to reduce billing errors and minimize outstanding receivables.
• Compliance:
  • Stay updated on Minnesota Assisted Living billing regulations and ensure the organization's compliance.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and address any compliance issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Minnesota Assisted Living experience
• Minimum of two (2) years of Medicaid waiver billing experience for multiple Assisted Living facilities
• Experience in leadership and team management in overseeing multiple Assisted Living facilities.
• Proven experience working with the PCC system.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in billing processes.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to adapt to changing regulations and industry standards.
