Oldham County Schools is seeking a paraprofessional to assist the head coach and athletic director in middle and high school athletic programs. This stipend role supports coaching staff, plans practices, helps teach fundamental skills, and promotes sports participation across school communities.

The position emphasizes safety, sportsmanship, and adherence to rules while providing guidance and role modeling for student athletes.

Qualificações

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 64 college credit hours or completion of KHSAA training bylaw 27.
• Must be 21 years old and have a clean criminal records check.
• Current first aid and CPR certifications and any other required trainings per KHSAA bylaws.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the head coach and other coaches in one or more sports.
• Read, interpret, and explain game rules and school policies.
• Lift and move equipment safely as needed.
• Promote school sports, plan practices, and supervise student athletes.
• Teach basic skills, teamwork, sportsmanship, and game regulations.
