Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 21+ years old, and certification in first aid/CPR; 64 college hours or KHSAA training, plus a background check. Stipend is determined by the Extra-Curricular Sponsor Schedule.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 64 semester hours of college credit or completion of KHSAA professional development training.
• 21 years of age.
• Criminal records check as required by Kentucky State Law.
• First aid course completion and CPR certification.
• Knowledge of sporting rules, regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist the head coach and/or other assistant coaches on one or more sports.
• Understand and follow oral and written directions.
• Read, interpret, apply and explain rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Lift heavy objects.
