Massage Heights—Leawood retreat is seeking an Assistant Wellness Director to partner with the Retreat Director, oversee daily operations, drive revenue, and cultivate a high-performing team. You will lead front desk coaching, scheduling, and membership-driven sales while ensuring a standout guest experience.

The role targets ambitious, sales-savvy leaders who uplift others, with opportunities to grow through leadership training and a supportive environment focused on wellness and service

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or retail management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience coaching, training, and navigating conflict.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Retreat Director to oversee daily operations, revenue goals, and inventory.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.
• Lead front desk training with coaching, role-playing, and membership-focused sales support.
• Build schedules that keep the Retreat humming.
• Set and achieve team and individual goals.
• Create a culture where exceptional guest service is the standard.
• Strengthen guest loyalty by delivering a 5 Star experience every time.

Your Schedule

• 6-8 hour shifts
• Days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A mix of day, evening and weekend shifts

What You'll Be Doing

• Partner with the Retreat Director to oversee daily operations, revenue goals, and inventory
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of sales or retail management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience coaching, training, and navigating conflict
• Comfort with computers and standard software
• Basic business math skills
• A self-starter mindset and a passion for people

Bonus Points

• Experience with Zenoti or similar spa POS systems
• Familiarity with massage, skincare, or spa environments
• Experience working within a franchise model
