Job summary

Qualifications

• > Bachelor's degree in a related field with ten years of experience and 3+ years supervisory experience.
• > Master's degree in IT, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field preferred.
• > Experience in a public university or large public-sector organization preferred.
• > Hands-on with AI-driven IT service operations and automation.
• > ITIL certification or equivalent service management credentials.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for ITSM (incidents, requests, problems, changes, knowledge).
• Lead IT Architecture and ensure alignment of campus goals with a cohesive technology ecosystem.
• Oversee Help Desk and IT Support Services with a focus on customer satisfaction and service metrics.
• Coordinate Operational Leadership and Technical Engagement across infrastructure, apps, and security.
• Develop AI-driven modernization roadmaps and AI processes for operational excellence.
