Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with 1 year of vitamin/homeopathy/holistic experience with leadership duties or a combination of education and experience.
• Outgoing, friendly attitude with the ability to interact with customers.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to take direction within a team.
• Willingness to learn about new products and health-related topics.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and stand/walk for long periods.
• Adherence to safety, health, and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Vitamin team.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning and teamwork.
• Help recruit, hire, develop, and motivate the Vitamin team.
• Ensure customers receive excellent service and guidance on vitamins and health products.
