Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. in Concord, NC is seeking a Vitamin Manager to lead our vitamin and supplement department, coach team members, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage inventory, coordinate promotions, ensure safety and compliance, and partner with the Store Manager to meet sales goals while developing staff through feedback and formal reviews.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with 1 year of vitamin, homeopathy, or holistic experience and prior leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to take directions and coach others.
• Perform housekeeping duties and maintain department cleanliness.
• Adhere to all safety, health, and regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to learn about new products and educate customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service with prompt, friendly guidance on vitamins and related products.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of vitamins and supplements to assist customers effectively.
• Manage inventory and place orders to prevent stockouts and overstock.
• Coordinate sales events and promotional activities to hit sales and margin targets.
• Lead and develop team members through coaching, feedback, and performance discussions.
