Job summary

Comfrt is seeking an Assistant Visual Store Manager for our American Dream location to lead the store’s visual identity and customer experience.

You will translate the brand’s "feeling of a hug" into ambitious displays, while partnering with the Store Manager to drive sales and profitability.

This role requires 5+ years in retail with 2+ years in visual merchandising leadership, strong communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience.
• 2+ years managing Visual Merchandising in high-volume retail.
• Results-oriented and leadership-driven.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Holiday availability for peak season.

Responsibilities

• Visual Execution: Ensure Visual Merchandising Planograms are executed flawlessly for each launch.
• Brand Standards: Ensure flawless execution of brand standards, decal and light box installation, mannequin styling, cleanliness, and organization.
• Strategic Feedback: Use weekly sales data and performance metrics to implement strategic visual changes.
• Launch & Setup: Support all aspects of initial store setup and launch.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and develop store team members.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Share product stories and train the team to deliver best-in-class experiences.
