As CEO of your four walls, you will manage P&L, control labor and shrink, and drive weekly results with a focus on brand voice and guest comfort.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of retail management experience.
• 2+ years in high-volume operations.
• Experience managing full P&L and hitting KPI targets.
• Direct experience in recruitment and talent development.
• Comfortable with social media content creation and public brand representation.
