Comfrt seeks a high-energy Store Manager for our American Dream location. You are the CEO of your four walls, owning recruitment, culture, P&L, and store operations to translate online energy into a premium in-store experience.

Lead a diverse team, coach performance, manage inventory and shrink, uphold brand visuals, and drive sales and local activations. Requires 6+ years in retail management and strong KPI success, plus comfort with social media branding.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of retail management experience.
• 2+ years in high-volume operations.
• Proven experience managing a full P&L and hitting KPI targets.
• Experience in recruitment and talent development.
• Comfortable creating social media content and representing the brand.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the hiring process to build a diverse team reflecting the Comfrt brand voice.
• Performance Management: Regular reviews and coaching to develop future leaders.
• Culture of Comfort: Foster an inclusive environment where staff engage customers as friends.
• Sales Floor Management: Maintain presence to coach and drive sales while upholding brand vibe.
• P&L Management: Own store P&L and control expenses to maximize profitability.
• KPIs & Strategy: Drive results and identify growth opportunities from weekly/monthly trends.
• Inventory Integrity & Ops: Ensure 100% inventory accuracy, shrink control, and 24hr floor readiness.
