Job summary

Comfrt is seeking a dynamic Assistant Visual Store Manager for our American Dream location to lead the store's visual identity and merchandising in line with our “feeling of a hug” brand. You will own on-floor storytelling, interpret planograms, and style displays that invite customers to engage with the product.

You will train and develop the team, manage floor execution, and collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales and customer experience during a busy season.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience.
• 2+ years managing Visual Merchandising in high-volume retail.
• Results‑oriented and leadership capable.
• Strong communication skills.
• Available for Black Friday and holiday season.

Responsibilities

• Visual Execution: Ensure planograms are executed flawlessly for launches.
• Brand Standards: Implement decals, light box installations, mannequin styling, cleanliness and organization.
• Strategic Feedback: Use weekly sales data to drive visual changes and identify product needs.
• Launch & Setup: Support store setup and launch.
• Team Development: Assist Store Manager in recruiting, training, scheduling, and developing team members.
• Team Education: Train staff to deliver strong product knowledge for best-in-class customer experiences.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Share product story and train the team.
• Culture: Foster a positive, productive, and inspirational work environment.
• Daily Operations: Assist in opening/closing procedures.
• Inventory Management: Oversee stock, shipments and accuracy.
• Safety & Security: Enforce safety procedures and report issues.
