Job summary

The Royal Standard is seeking an Assistant Store Manager - Visual Merchandising in Baton Rouge, LA. The role leads visual displays and layout design to enhance customer experience and drive sales, while supporting store operations and staff development.

Key duties include merchandising strategies, brand consistency, inventory and budget management, and collaborating with corporate teams on major floor sets and events.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills are required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is expected.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and develop customer relationships; resolve customer service and inventory issues promptly.
• Focus on visual merchandising; create displays to maximize sales.
• Coordinate with Corporate on floor sets and maintain visual standards.
