Citi in Franklin Square, NY is seeking a senior-level Banking/Business Banking professional to lead sales within an assigned area and partner with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Consumer segments to optimize client relationships and drive growth.

Responsibilities include managing high-value client portfolios, expanding cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring adherence to lending and risk protocols while achieving scorecard targets.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in banking or related area.
• Excellent consulting, listening and presentation abilities.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret financial data and operating metrics.
• Credit structuring knowledge and understanding of lending processes.
• Customer-centric approach with strong communication and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead as subject matter expert across assigned branches and collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and other Area partners.
• Drive sales plan execution and optimize relationships to achieve scorecard metrics.
• Call on high-value clients to deepen relationships and identify future needs.
• Educate clients on Citi products and services to grow balances and revenue.
• Coordinate loan closings with credit/risk teams, including pipeline management.
