Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead as SME across a broad sales area of assigned branches and collaborate with other area partners.
• Call on high-value clients to deepen relationships and uncover future needs.
• Educate clients on products to grow portfolio balance and revenue.
• Manage credit requests up to $250K and work with Sr. Business Bankers on larger loans.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve goals and drive new client acquisition.
• Adhere to internal controls and policies; monitor client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with Consumer and Wealth partners to deepen client relationships.
