Partner closely with internal departments to understand business needs and translate them into innovative, high‑quality product solutions that elevate both member and employee experiences. Serve as a subject matter expert on Core Banking and associated products, platforms, systems, policies, and procedures. Lead the strategy, implementation and delivery of our Core Banking modernization program with a specific focus on co‑existence as an enabler for migration to a new core banking platform. Provide strategic support to executive leadership by contributing to the development and execution of long‑term organizational plans.
