Fever is seeking an Assistant Venue Manager to support the operation of Dopamine Land, an immersive experience located in the Westfield Rosny 2 mall. You will work closely with the Venue Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The role requires strong customer service, adaptability, and teamwork. Proficiency with ticketing software and basic AV tech is expected; French is required with English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support venues operations as Assistant Venue Manager for Dopamine Land.
• Greet visitors, drive engagement, and ensure a positive guest journey.
• Supervise front-of-house staff and coordinate on-site activities.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting for AV and interactive devices.
• Assist with ticketing, shop sales, and daily reporting.
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards on site.
• Cover site management in Venue Manager's absence.
