Atlas Real Estate, a Denver-based, nationwide real estate services firm, seeks an Assistant Turn Project Coordinator to support field operations across our portfolio. You will be in the field often, performing move-out inspections, creating scopes of work, coordinating vendors, and conducting on-site quality checks to ensure timely, cost-effective turns.

Qualifications

• Field-based property operations experience.
• Ability to coordinate vendors and manage scopes of work.
• Strong attention to on-site quality control and standards.
• Comfort working in a Denver-area portfolio and field-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote Atlas Culture and Values in daily activities and interactions.
• Walk properties for move-outs, pre-turns, and post-turn inspections; document results.
• Develop clear scopes of work for turns using standard templates.
• Coordinate access and logistics with Property Management and tenants.
• Meet vendors on-site, confirm work orders, and capture progress photos.
• Escalate issues to Turn Coordinator or Regional Manager and ensure timely resolution.
• Log work completed in project tools and collaborate with internal teams to resolve on-site issues.
