Job summary

The Turn Company is seeking a seasonal Project Coordinator to oversee student housing turns on-site. You will manage vendor crews, coordinate with the Community Manager and Maintenance teams, and track progress during fast-moving turnover windows, typically 10–21 days.

Training on Entrata and Make Ready processes will be provided. You’ll ensure quality, communicate updates to onsite leadership, and complete post-turn assessments to improve future operations.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple vendors and trades during fast-paced turns.
• Ability to use Google Sheets and emails for tracking and communication.
• Comfort learning property-management software and turn-board processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee move-out to turn processes for student housing turns (10–21 days).
• Coordinate with Community Manager, Maintenance Team Lead, and vendors.
• Track progress using Google Sheets and turn boards; ensure quality and timely completion.
• Inspect work, call back contractors if needed, and relay updates to onsite management.
• Prepare post-turn assessments documenting vendor performance and issues.
