Job summary

Ehvert Mission Critical, a Salas O'Brien business unit, specializes in data center design and construction management. We are seeking a proactive coordinator to support planning, coordination, and delivery of data center design projects across teams.

You will track schedules and deliverables using Asana and dashboards, organize meetings, prepare minutes, and maintain documentation while coordinating design revisions with Project Managers, Design Leads, and engineering teams in a dynamic remote

Qualifications

• B2+ English with strong communication.
• Experience in project coordination and using Excel and BIM tools.
