Salary Pay Range

Min USD $19.79

Max USD $29.71

This salary range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law. At NEU, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support distribution activities on a daily basis under the direction of Distribution operation management.
  • Responsible for Distribution: order processing, picking, packing, shipping and invoicing within the Company's standard operating procedures.
  • Assist in inventory control by maintaining the warehouse management system (WMS) and ensure optimal utilization of space through warehouse consolidation.
  • Conduct timely track and trace procedures.
  • Monitor inbound and outbound activities.
  • Support Warehouse staff as needed in performing job functions such as screening, storing, shipping and receiving.
  • Maintain product location system and ensure optimal utilization of space through warehouse consolidation.
  • Promote the efficient and safe operation of product handling equipment.
  • Participate in implementing work schedules and ensuring that jobs are assigned effectively and completed properly.
  • Complete all necessary reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • With the guidance of the Team Leader and/or Supervisor, conduct general staff training.
  • Ensure staff is compliant with company policies.
  • Handle other job assignments as determined by the direct Team Lead and/or Supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse, distribution and/or transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate or significant or relevant or appropriate working experience.
  • Must be able to demonstrate leadership skills.
  • Good computer skills - Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills and inclination.
  • Good communications skills – listening, providing and receiving feedback.
  • Ability to frequently stand, bend, twist, reach, lift, push, pull, carry heavy objects in a warehouse setting.

Will work with all levels in the organization.
