This position is full time (40 hours/week), Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 10:30am - 7:00pm Central. Occasional overtime may be necessary.

We offer 3 weeks of paid training. During training, hours will be 7:00am to 3:00pm Central, Monday - Friday.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Manage inbound and outbound telephone communication professionally, according to productivity and quality standards.
  2. Process inbound and outbound data and communication (faxes, emails, electronic communication) per standards.
  3. Enter, review, and verify member information in the nH Coordinate care management platform; communicate relevant information with healthcare providers and team members as needed.
  4. Accurately and promptly enter data into the naviHealth database.
  5. Complete administrative documentation for member records, including disenrollment, transitioning, creating authorization shells, attaching documents, and logging therapy information.
  6. Assist in coordinating members’ care between health providers and health plans.
  7. Establish relationships and communicate with providers, clients, and naviHealth staff as appropriate.
  8. Manage inbound calls, handle member inquiries/requests, and escalate issues when necessary.
  9. Review reports to monitor team duties.
  10. Follow reporting chains for issues or concerns.
  11. Attend meetings as requested.
  12. Adhere to organizational, departmental, compliance, and regulatory policies.
  13. Promote a positive work environment.
  14. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Call center experience
  • Healthcare setting experience
  • Must be 18 or older
  • Availability to work full-time, Monday - Friday, 10:30am - 7:00pm Central, with flexibility for occasional overtime

  • Familiarity with medical terminology and HIPAA laws

Note: The hourly range for residents of certain states is $16.00 - $28.27, based on various factors. UnitedHealth Group complies with all wage laws and offers comprehensive benefits.
