This position offers a pay range of $23.00/hr - $31.00/hr, based on skills and experience. Your actual pay will be discussed with your recruiter.

Position Details

Location: Remote (Eastern Standard Time)

Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday

Monte Nido has been delivering treatment for eating disorders for over two decades. Our programs blend medically sophisticated care with personalized treatment, grounded in evidence-based strategies for adults and adolescents. We employ a multidisciplinary approach, integrating medical, psychiatric, nutritional, and clinical strategies within an intimate home setting.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial intake assessments and manage a caseload of prospective clients.
  • Forward clinical/medical documentation for review by RNs or MDs.
  • Collaborate with Evaluation Clinicians as needed.
  • Maintain communication with clients, families, and referring hospitals/programs.
  • Coordinate admission dates with staff and external organizations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills, professionalism, patience, and empathy.
  • Proficient in multitasking and computer skills, including typing.
  • Sense of urgency and a sales-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in mental health field preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce and EMR/EHR preferred.
