Job summary

pOpshelf seeks an Assistant Team Leader to help maintain a clean, well-organized store and assist the Store Team Leader in creating a customer‑first culture through high standards and engagement.

You will supervise staff, manage merchandise presentation, deposits, stocking and cashiering, and other duties to maximize profitability and ensure customer satisfaction while protecting assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a specialty retail environment preferred.
• Six months supervisory or team lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides superior customer service to exceed the customer’s expectations; greet and assists customers, and operate cash register and scanner to itemize the customer’s purchase.
