Job summary

pOpshelf is seeking a Store Team Leader to manage all store processes, including staffing, merchandising, ordering, receiving, and customer service. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional service, maintain accurate inventory, and ensure safety and compliance across daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in retail management preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret procedures and safety rules.
• Strong analytical ability to review sales and inventory trends.

Responsibilities

• Provides superior customer service leadership to exceed the customer’s expectations.
• Models and coaches the team on balancing tasks with customer service to maintain a customer-centric culture.
• Review operating statements to identify financial trends (sales, profitability, inventory turn) and opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee the inventory ordering process to ensure in-stock targets are met.
• Maintains a safe, clean and well-organized store environment.
