Job summary

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a specialty retail environment.
• Six months supervisory or team lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides superior customer service at checkout and assist with deposits.
• Assist in creating a customer-first store culture and supervise team.
• Maintain merchandise displays and inventory accuracy.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and safety meetings.
• Ensure store policies and cash controls are followed.
