pOpshelf is seeking a Lead Team Member to support the Store Team Leader by maintaining a clean and organized store, promoting a customer-focused culture, and maximizing store profitability while protecting assets.

The role includes leading during the absence of the Store Team Leader, assisting customers, handling cash, stocking merchandise, and ensuring standards across operations. Experience in supervisory roles and strong communication are valued.

Qualifications

• Proficient in interpersonal and verbal communication.
• Understanding of safety policies and practices.
• Ability to read and follow planogram and merchandise presentation guides.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations including percentages.
• Ability to perform cash register functions.

Responsabilités

• Provides customer service to exceed the customer's expectations.
• Possesses product knowledge and selling techniques to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintains a safe, clean and well-organized store environment that delights customers.
• Assists merchandising to create appealing displays and maintains inventory according to guidelines.
• Operates cash register and scanner, handles payments, bags merchandise and assists customers.
• Assists customers in self-checkout at multiple registers.
• Cleans the store, takes out trash, dusts and mops floors, cleans restrooms and stockroom.
• Opens and closes the store under guidance of the Store Team Leader or Assistant Team Leader.

Formation

High School Diploma or equivalent
