West Coast Convenience seeks a Team Leader to drive store performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will lead and coach a diverse team, set schedules, and optimize labor while maintaining safety and standards across daily operations.

Responsibilities include overseeing cash handling, inventory, and merchandising, while ensuring a welcoming environment and compliance with policies. This role requires flexibility, 21+ age, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 9–12 months of leadership experience in retail, convenience, or a similar fast-paced environment, or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and basic math skills.
• Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and manage sales, expenses, and inventory.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Motivated to contribute to a performance-driven team.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
