Qualifications

• Minimum 9–12 months of leadership experience in retail, convenience, or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and basic math skills.
• Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and manage sales, expenses, and inventory.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, and retain a strong team.

• Create schedules to support the business and control labor costs.
• Oversee daily operations, cash handling, and store readiness.
