West Coast Convenience seeks an Assistant Team Leader to support the Team Leader in daily store operations. You will coach the team, help ensure a high-quality customer experience, and step in as acting store leader when the Team Leader is absent.

This hands-on role requires collaboration, problem solving, and adherence to company standards, with responsibilities spanning operations, sales, compliance, and safety. A fast-paced environment rewards teamwork and reliability.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6–9 months of assistant manager or related experience preferred.
• Strong math, English communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to learn and grow into a Team Leader role.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Team Leader with daily store operations and coaching the team.
• Lead the store in the Team Leader’s absence and ensure operational excellence.
• Support scheduling, timekeeping, and coverage while maintaining accuracy in cash, reports, and paperwork.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and maintain presentation during promotions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean, welcoming store.
• Follow company policies and safety standards.
