Qualifications

• Minimum 9–12 months of leadership experience in retail, convenience, or similar fast-paced environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and basic math skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, and retain a strong team.
• Set expectations, drive accountability, and build a positive team culture.
• Create schedules that support the business and control labor costs.
• Oversee daily operations, cash handling, and store readiness.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and equipment functionality.
