Job summary

Goodwill of the Finger Lakes is seeking an Assistant Team Leader to support the Store Team Leader in Henrietta, NY. You will help process and merchandize donations and new merchandise, while ensuring safety, sales goals and program standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least one year in retail with six months in a supervisory role, and proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook. Availability includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of retail experience with at least six months supervision.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook; able to write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Manages production and merchandising of assigned departments.
• Meets or exceeds daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
• Trains new employees and coordinates on-process training.
• Supervises cash handling and ensures proper deposits and reports.
• Maintains store safety, cleanliness and fixture standards.
