Job summary

Goodwill of the Finger Lakes is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to support the Store Manager as Leader on Duty. The role ensures safety, sales, and daily operations while partnering with Retail Administration, People Resources, and Workforce Development to uphold the organization’s mission and values.

This position requires nights, weekends, and holidays work, with an Associates degree preferred and at least one year of retail experience including supervisory duties.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year retail experience with at least six months supervisory experience.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Serves as Leader on Duty according to schedule and maintains store standards.
• Oversees safe work practices and clean, organized store environment.
• Monitors cash drawers, deposits, and cash register activity for accountability.
• Supervises employees, volunteers, and other staff as needed.
• Reviews customer concerns and resolves them appropriately.
• Ensures proper security of all company assets.
