Job summary

BorgWarner is seeking an Assistant Team Leader to support the department in safety, quality, cost, delivery and teamwork. This role will act as Team Leader in their absence, ensuring continuity during leadership gaps and addressing absenteeism as needed.

The candidate should have at least 1 year of leadership and manufacturing experience, and be proficient with MS Office. The position requires adherence to BorgWarner safety policies and a willingness to work on-site in Seneca, SC.

Responsibilities

• Assist the team leader with guiding the department and driving results.
