• Ensure 100% compliance with Safety, Housekeeping, Process Set-up & Validation, Material Identification, Control Plans, Gage Calibration, Non-Conforming/Discrepant Material & Change Notice.
• Improve quality as measured in defects/million each year via 8-D problem solving.
• Ensure 100% on-time delivery to weekly schedule through process flow knowledge and capacity planning.
• Drive productivity by eliminating waste and increasing throughput.
• Lead by example and foster teamwork and continuous improvement across the Bellwood Manufacturing Team.
• Maintain safety, ergonomic, and environmental compliance per OSHA, ISO 14001 and regulations.
