• Ensure 100% compliance with Safety, Housekeeping, Process Set-up & Validation, Material Identification, Control Plans, Gage Calibration.
• Improve quality through 8-D problem solving process and defect reduction.
• Ensure 100% on-time delivery to weekly schedule through process flow, constraints, and capacity planning.
• Drive productivity by reducing waste and increasing throughput with the team.
• Lead by example and foster teamwork within the Bellwood manufacturing team.
