The role focuses on onboarding, training, and developing team members while ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth salon operations. Prior leadership in hospitality or salon settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership, retail, hospitality, salon, or spa experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members.
• Passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support daily salon and spa operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Assist with team scheduling, onboarding, training, and development.
• Coach and motivate team members to achieve service and sales goals.
• Address guest concerns and create lasting guest relationships.
• Support inventory, cash handling, and operational procedures.
• Assist leadership in achieving location performance and profitability goals.
