Job summary

Neroli Salon & Spa in Brookfield, WI is seeking a Team Leader to support the General Manager, coach the retail team, and ensure a memorable guest experience from check-in to checkout. You will mentor staff, drive sales goals, and maintain product knowledge across Aveda brands.

The role emphasizes staff development, concierge services, and high guest satisfaction, with leadership responsibilities at the front desk and in-store operations. This is a full-time, on-site position in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Experience in a salon and spa setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for guest service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct store operations including guest check-in and check-out, appointment scheduling, payment processing, and opening/closing store procedures
• Act as frontline leader, setting the tone for exceptional guest service and high performance at the retail desk
• Assist in scheduling, onboarding, training and mentoring new hires to ensure a consistent guest experience
• Lead and coach non-technical team members to support their growth and elevate overall team performance
• Drive retail performance by setting, tracking, and achieving individual and team sales goals
• Maintain strong product knowledge across Aveda and Ultraceuticals products to support team education and guest recommendations
• Conduct regular performance assessments for non-technical team members, offering constructive feedback and development opportunities through 10/10s.
• Ensure concierge services and Aveda rituals are consistently delivered, maintaining guest amenities, and building strong guest relationships by addressing feedback and concerns.
• Facilitate Aveda Advisor Team meetings, both in-person and virtually, to keep communication and training on track.

Neroli Salon & Spa is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Team Leader to support the General Manager in leading our team to consistently deliver a 5-star guest experience. This role focuses on coaching, mentoring, and inspiring the retail team to ensure guests receive a memorable and elevated experience from beginning to end.
