Job summary

Neroli Salon & Spa Northshore is seeking an Assistant Team Lead to support daily operations, coach staff, and help deliver a Five-Star guest experience in a fast-paced spa environment.

The role focuses on onboarding, training, and developing team members while ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth salon operations. Prior leadership in hospitality or salon settings is preferred.

Requirements

• Previous salon/spa or retail experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of, or ability to quickly learn, product and service offerings, including pricing and benefits
• Comfortable using scheduling and POS systems (e.g., Zenoti)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
