Goodwill of the Finger Lakes is seeking an Assistant Team Leader to support the Store Team Leader in processing and merchandising donations and new merchandise. The role ensures safety, sales, production and programs are maintained, and collaborates with the Donated Goods Retail Administration team, People Resources, and Workforce Development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to be trained and take direction.
• Ability to read and speak English proficiently.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to use a calculator.
• Background check and drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Team Leader in processing and merchandising donations.
• Serve as Leader on Duty and uphold safety, sales and store standards.
• Record weights and tallies for Gaylords and prepare for next day.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work environment.
• Collaborate with Donated Goods Retail Administration team as needed.
• May cross-train to warehouse or forklift operation.
